The MANAGEMENT is HORRIBLE, Gina you never called me back when I left three messages about the bar tender not giving me my change back. I also talked to someone named Shaun who identified himself as the EXEC Chef. Shaun said he would check into the situation and call me back that has now been a week ago and I have not heard from anyone. A word to the wise, the Bartender will CHEAT YOU and still your money. Also, when I went to see Cheryl Underwood the line was around the building and the office would not pre sell tickets, there need be better organization when it comes to ticket sales for Big Name Acts.
